Cy was born and raised in the construction industry and learned to operate a Cat 304 by the age of 10 by helping his father on the jobsite. Cy brings a rare blend of finance, development, and hands-on construction experience. Formerly a commercial banker, he managed more than $100 million in construction projects ranging from large multifamily developments to ski-in/ski-out townhomes and everything in between. Cy brings uncommon insight and capability to his projects by pairing institutional level underwriting and project oversight with a practical, first-hand understanding of the construction process. Cy is a proud University of Montana alumnus. He was named a 2019 Phile Steel First Team All-Conference Center for the Montana Grizzlies and earned the team-voted Paul Weskamp Award, which recognizes the program's most valuable lineman. He operates with a disciplined focus on detail, timely communication, and tight organization in order to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly for every party involved.
